The location of the cottage was ideal, just a short walk to the town center and the beautiful sea walking area with a kids' playground. It was also conveniently close to the marina, perfect for those who wanted to take off early for a boat ride. the cottage itself had all the necessary amenities, including a clean kitchen with plenty of crockery. the living room was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy space for everyone.
Finding the entrance to the cottage was a bit tricky, as the street sign was missing.

I had a truly wonderful time staying at Rutland Cottage. The location was absolutely fantastic, tucked away off the main road and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The cottage itself was cozy and had a lovely garden with outdoor furniture. I especially enjoyed the quirky and interesting decorations in the sitting room. The host was incredibly friendly and provided great service, promptly addressing any issues we had with the heating. The kitchen was well-equipped for a self-catering stay. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a cottage.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The kitchen lighting could have been better, with more than half of the bulbs not working.

The location was great, with easy access to the seafront and close proximity to supermarkets and other facilities. the cottage was well-kept and felt homely, providing everything we needed for our short break. We particularly enjoyed the pretty and secluded garden, with outdoor furniture where we could relax and soak up the sun. the friendly and welcoming atmosphere added to our overall positive experience.
The cleanliness of the dishes, which were old and not very clean. Some of the frying pans were greasy and in need of replacement.

The location of this cottage is fantastic, as it is close to both the beach and the town center. Guests can easily take a leisurely walk to explore the shops and enjoy some time by the sea. the cottage offers a lovely, secluded garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing during the summer months. the sitting room is decorated with interesting pictures and comfy chairs, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen lighting is quite poor, with more than half of the bulbs not working. This could be especially inconvenient for older guests who may require better lighting for cooking and meal preparation.
